Fun in the Sun

Since I had a day off today, Spencer finally had the chance to invite his best buddy, Tanner, over for the day. We went to Burger King for lunch and then over to Rick's sister's house to play in the pool. It wasn't that hot out today, but the sun was out in a bright blue sky - it was a beautiful day. Here's just a couple pictures from our afternoon.

After supper, we went to see the new Harry Potter movie with everyone and then took Tanner home. It was a fun and relaxing day. Happy birthday once again to Cindy. Glad you got to join us for the movie!

New Family Blog

We initially created this blog to record all our letterboxing adventures. But, just recently we decided it would be better to have a family blog to record all the fun, strange, and boring things we're up to, rather than posting them on our adoption blog. So, this has officially become our family blog. I'll start doing family oriented posts on this blog and keep our adoption blog for just that, adoption posts. Besides, I was just not feeling right posting all of Spencer's boyish adventures on such a girlie-looking blog.
